The Hampstead Group Practice welcomes all new patients and is committed to providing an equitable service to all.

Before registering please check that you are within our practice boundary by clicking on our postcode checker below (Step 1).  If your postcode falls within the practice boundary we can register you as a patient. Please click on Step 2 and complete our online registration form. 

Each family member must register individually.



Out of Area Registration

If your postcode falls outside of our practice boundary, we may be able to accept you as an out of area patient provided you meet our out of area registration policy. Please read our ‘Out of area registration policy’ and if you meet the criteria, please complete the Out of Area registration request form.

Non-English Speakers

These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
