Clinics We Offer
Minor Operation
The practice has a well-equipped treatment room and some of the doctors are trained in a range of minor surgical procedures. Appointments for a minor operation should only be made after an initial consultation with one of the doctors.
Baby Clinic
This is held on Thursday afternoons from 1.30pm - 3.30pm for well babies only (Pre-bookable appointments). You can see the nurse for immunisations and the doctor for 6-8 week checks.
You will receive an invitation for your child to be immunised. We strongly encourage all children to be immunised according to the current Department of Health guidelines. Please visit the NHS Immunisation Website for more information.
The Health Visiting clinic is no longer be available at the practice and has moved to a Community Baby Hub based at Kentish Town Health Centre, 2 Bartholomew Road, London NW5 2BX (Thursdays 9.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. only). For further information about Community Baby Hub Clinics in Camden please contact the Health Visiting Duty Desk on 020 3317 3032 (email: camden.dutyhv@nhs.net)
6-8 Week Checks
All new mothers and their babies should have a routine check-up 6-8 weeks post-delivery. This appointment can take a little longer and should be booked into the baby clinic in advance. Our advice is to book it for 8 weeks and then you can start your immunisation schedule at the same time.
Antenatal Clinics & Midwifery
There is a regular Monday morning antenatal clinic at the Hampstead Group Practice which is run by a midwife attached to the Royal Free Hospital. This service is only available for patients who have their pregnancy registered with the Royal Free Hospital.
